Start Scared
Start Scared is for the busy Mama who LOVES her babies, but has lost herself in the chaos of everyday Mom life. She is trying to DISCOVER who she is outside of being a Mom even though she may not know exactly what that is yet. Together, we have HONEST and REAL conversations just like girlfriends chatting over a cocktail or a coffee on the back porch. We cut through the BS stories we tell ourselves and find CLARITY to start scared on putting ourselves FIRST, because who we are outside of being a Mom still MATTERS.
